Why drink Iced Ceremonial Grade Cacao?

Unlike coffee, cacao offers a gentle, sustained energy thanks to theobromine, while providing magnesium, antioxidants, and healthy fats. An iced cacao latte is a wonderful alternative to iced coffee, allowing you to stay connected to your cacao ritual, even on warmer days.

Optional additions:

  • Cinnamon

  • Vanilla

  • Dates or maple syrup

  • Rose powder or rose petals

  • Collagen powder

  • A pinch of sea salt

Preparation

1. Melt the cacao

Finely chop your cacao and place it in a cup. Add the warm water and whisk gently until the cacao has fully melted. Take a moment to slow down. Set an intention and connect with the spirit of cacao.

2. Add the milk

Pour your favorite plant milk in a glass with ice. Add any spices or natural sweeteners you enjoy to the cacao and stir or blend until smooth.

3. Pour over ice

Pour your cacao over into the glass with plantbased milk and ice. Stir and enjoy! For an extra creamy texture, blend everything together before pouring.

A ritual for the warmer seasons

Just because temperatures rise doesn't mean your cacao ritual has to disappear. In fact, an iced cacao latte invites us to flow with the seasons and appreciate cacao in different forms.

Every origin offers a unique expression. Some origins are naturally more floral, creamy, or earthy, making each iced cacao experience slightly different.

Take your cup outside. Sit with the morning sun. Feel your feet on the Earth. And enjoy this sacred plant in a refreshing new way.
