From this journey, tasting numerous cacao varieties from across the globe, Jera has carefully selected the exceptional cacao varieties he is excited to share with you.

After traveling, Jera’s journey began with a beautiful passion for cacao, starting out alone with the Spirit of Cacao project. As his love for the sacred plant grew, so did the project itself. What once was a one-man mission occasionally supported by friends has now blossomed into a heartfelt tribe. Each member playing their own unique role within Spirit of Cacao.

Being inspired by the multiple ceremonies I joined I was inspired to continue my cacao journey in the Netherlands. I started by searching for the most tasteful and wholesome cacao. Firstly for personal use, but soon I started to order bigger quantities of my favorite Cacao from Venezuela and Peru for my friends and family and learned them how to go in ceremony with themselves and how to work with this sacred medicine.

My journey with cacao began six years ago through Landgoed Ottermeer. It’s been a journey into my heart and soul, guided by Mother Earth and her gentle yet powerful plant medicine. Together, we stand for greater connection with ourselves, each other, and the Earth, raising our frequency and rippling love into the world. I love working with The Spirit of Cacao because it’s a business that supports local communities and the hands that cultivate cacao.
